How Long We Keep Your Information

Personal information collected for the purposes of entering into our promotional events, including contact information, name of company, person in charge, and user country, will be retained during the event period and 6 months after the conclusion of the event.
Personal information collected for the purpose of improving and advertising our Services, including referral source and automated data(search data, log records, cookies, device information and IP address) while using our Services and Website, will be retained for 6 months after you have deleted your account or when you withdraw your consent. - AWS for storing and managing personal information
- Datadog for analyzing and monitoring information
- Metabase to generate aggregated statistics and trends (only pseudonymized data is disclosed to Metabase for this purpose)
- We use third-party payment processors, including PayPal and Payoneer, to handle transactions. When you make a payment, certain personal and financial information necessary to process the transaction will be shared with these providers. This sharing is directed by you when you choose to make a payment. We encourage you to review PayPal's privacy policy or Payoneer’s privacy policy to understand how they handle your information. While we take measures to secure data transmission, please note that no method of electronic transfer is 100% secure.
We may also disclose your personal information:
