Can returns go directly to REMEX from customers?

No. Returns must first go to your platform’s fulfillment center, then removed to REMEX.

Is there a minimum quantity?

No. We accept shipments starting from just 1 unit.

How is pricing determined?

After arrival, inventory is inspected locally and sorted by condition.

We choose the right resale channel, whether B2C, auction, or wholesale, based on the item type.

Each channel has its own market pricing, and we set starting prices accordingly.

If items don’t sell, prices are gradually adjusted to match real buyer demand.
