Terms of service
Last updated: 23 October 2026
1. About these Terms
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to your use of this website, including the “Sell to us” inventory submission form, the blog and the other pages on this site (together, the “Website”). The Website, remex.ai, is operated by Remex and Kzoneseller Inc. (together “REMEX”, “we”, “us”), the names used in the policies previously published on this site; U.S. warehouse operations are run by REMEX Liquidation Inc. The Website is hosted on the Shopify platform.
By using the Website or submitting the inventory form, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website. You can still contact us by email at sourcing@remexliquidation.com.
2. What these Terms do and do not cover
These Terms cover the Website only. They are not a purchase agreement, consignment agreement or service agreement for your inventory.
- Inventory at your warehouse. If REMEX and you agree to a sale after reviewing your submission, the price, sales restrictions, transport, inspection, fees, settlement and pickup or delivery are set out in the written terms agreed for that transaction (for example a purchase order, offer confirmation, invoice or agreement). Those transaction terms govern the transaction. If they conflict with anything on the Website or in these Terms, the transaction terms prevail for that transaction.
- E-commerce Removal (Amazon and Walmart removals). This program is provided through the REMEX seller portal at remexmanagement.com. It is governed by the separately published program terms linked from the Website’s E-commerce Removal page (which also apply to transactions made through remexmanagement.com) and by the account terms you accept when you sign up for the portal. The Website only summarizes the program. Those program terms govern fees, settlement, invoice confirmation and the handling of unsold inventory, and they control if anything on the Website differs.
- Separate agreements. Any non-disclosure agreement, supplier agreement or other signed agreement between you and REMEX continues to apply according to its own terms.
3. Who may use the Website
The Website is intended for businesses and the people who act for them. By using the inventory form you confirm that:
- you are at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into agreements;
- you are acting on behalf of a business (such as a brand, retailer, distributor, supplier or marketplace seller) and are authorized to share the information you provide and to discuss the sale of the inventory described;
- you are not using the Website as a consumer for personal, family or household purposes. REMEX does not sell products to consumers through this Website.
4. Information on the Website
The Website describes how REMEX works and what sellers can usually expect. Please keep the following in mind:
- General information, not an offer. Nothing on the Website is an offer to buy any inventory or a commitment to any price, timeline or outcome. Figures such as buyer-network size, countries reached, retail value moved, average selling periods and review times describe our business and experience and are not promises about your inventory.
- Examples are illustrative. Worked examples (for example the “Company C” seller outcome and the “$100 sold → $70 to you” illustration) explain how a process works. They are not forecasts of your results.
- Program summaries. Descriptions of settlement timing, fee shares and process steps on the Website are summaries. Where the Website refers to monthly settlement on the 15th of the following month, that is the settlement and invoice-confirmation date under the program terms; the bank deposit is processed after confirmation within the period stated in the program terms, and the time it reaches your bank can differ. The applicable transaction terms or published program terms contain the full conditions and control if there is any difference.
- Blog and guides. Articles on the Website are general industry information. They are not legal, tax, customs, accounting or compliance advice. Please take your own professional advice for your situation.
- Accuracy and changes. We try to keep the Website accurate and current, but it may contain errors or out-of-date information. We may correct, update or remove content at any time without notice.
5. Submitting inventory through the Website
5.1 What a submission is
Submitting the inventory form is a request for REMEX to review your inventory. It is not an offer by you to sell, not an offer by REMEX to buy, and not an acceptance by either side. After you submit, we review the details and follow up about buyer matching and next steps. Our general aim is to review new submissions within 24 hours; this is a review target, not a promise of an offer or sale within that time or at all.
REMEX may decline any submission, for any reason, without giving reasons. Neither you nor REMEX is obliged to proceed with a transaction unless and until its terms are agreed in writing as described in Section 2.
5.2 Your responsibilities when submitting
You agree that:
- the information you provide is accurate and complete to the best of your knowledge, including quantity, condition, location, retail value and target price, and you will tell us promptly if it changes;
- you (or the business you act for) own the inventory or are otherwise entitled to sell it, and the inventory is not counterfeit, stolen, recalled, prohibited or subject to restrictions that you have not disclosed to us;
- any inventory list, photo or video you share may be used by REMEX for the purposes described in Section 6;
- you will not upload files containing malicious code, and you will not include sensitive personal information (such as government identification numbers or payment card details) in the form or in uploaded files.
5.3 Sales restrictions
The form lets you indicate sales restrictions, such as export only, no online resale, no Amazon or Walmart relisting, brand name hidden, or specific countries or channels to exclude. We review these requirements with you before matching inventory with buyers. Restrictions become binding on REMEX only when they are confirmed in writing as part of the transaction terms for the relevant inventory. If you choose “No restrictions”, REMEX may discuss the inventory with any buyer channel; this is not a promise of a particular price or sale.
5.4 Prices, settlement and pickup
The retail value and target price you enter help our review and buyer matching. They do not set or guarantee a final price. For inventory at your warehouse, the usual sequence is submission, inventory review, buyer matching and sale, settlement, then pickup or delivery; who arranges and pays for transport, inspection and related costs, and the timing of each step, are agreed per transaction. Please do not ship anything to REMEX until our team has confirmed receiving instructions in writing.
6. Content you provide
You keep ownership of the inventory lists, photos, videos, descriptions and other content you provide (“Your Content”). You grant REMEX a non-exclusive, royalty-free permission to store, copy, review and share Your Content with REMEX group companies, prospective buyers, logistics and inspection partners and service providers as needed to review the inventory, look for buyers and carry out any agreed transaction, consistent with our Privacy Policy and any sales restrictions confirmed in writing. We may remove or delete Your Content at any time, including after an inquiry is closed. If you want us to delete Your Content earlier, contact us.
If you send us ideas, suggestions or feedback about the Website or our services, we may use them to improve what we do without any obligation to you, but we will not use them in a way that identifies you without your agreement.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- submit false, misleading or impersonating information, or submit inventory you have no right to sell;
- use the Website for any unlawful purpose or in breach of export, sanctions, consumer-safety or intellectual-property laws;
- send spam, marketing or bulk unsolicited messages through the form or our contact channels, or use automated tools or bulk methods to submit the form;
- harvest or collect personal information or non-public data from the Website, or scrape the Website in a way that is abusive, disregards our published crawler controls or technical restrictions, or places an unreasonable load on our systems;
- interfere with the Website’s operation or security, probe or bypass its protections, or introduce malicious code;
- remove or alter any notice, trademark or attribution on the Website.
Indexing and assistive use are welcome. Nothing in this section restricts ordinary indexing of our public pages by search engines, answer engines and similar services, subject to our published crawler controls (such as robots directives) and applicable law, or the use of assistive technologies and tools that help people read, translate or navigate the Website.
We may block, ignore or delete submissions, and restrict access to the Website, where we reasonably believe these Terms have been breached.
8. Intellectual property
The Website and its content, including text, design, photographs, graphics, logos and the REMEX name, are owned by REMEX or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark and other laws. You may view, download and print Website pages for the purpose of evaluating and working with REMEX. Any other reproduction, distribution or commercial use requires our prior written permission.
Amazon, Walmart and other third-party names and logos shown on the Website are trademarks of their respective owners. They identify the marketplaces, media outlets and platforms concerned and do not imply any endorsement of REMEX by, or affiliation with, those companies.
9. Third-party links and services
The Website links to third-party services, including WhatsApp, Google Maps, LinkedIn, news sites that republished our press release, our wholesale site and the REMEX seller portal at remexmanagement.com. These services are not part of the Website. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, availability or practices. Your use of them is subject to their own terms and policies.
10. Communications
By submitting the inventory form you agree that REMEX may contact you about the inventory you submitted by email, phone or WhatsApp, using the details you provided and the channel you selected. This is not a marketing subscription. You may ask us at any time to stop using a particular channel or to close your inquiry by emailing sourcing@remexliquidation.com. Messages sent through WhatsApp are handled by Meta Platforms, Inc. under its own terms.
11. Privacy
How we collect, use, store and share information submitted through the Website is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
12. Disclaimers
The Website and its content are provided for general information on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by applicable law, REMEX does not warrant that the Website will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful components, or that its content is complete or current. Nothing on the Website creates a warranty, representation or commitment about any inventory transaction; those are governed solely by the transaction terms or published program terms described in Section 2.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, or affects any rights you have under a written agreement with REMEX.
13. Changes to these Terms and the Website
We may update these Terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when the current version was prepared. Changes apply to your use of the Website after they are posted; they do not change the terms of any transaction already agreed in writing. We may also change, suspend or discontinue any part of the Website at any time.
14. General
- Questions and disputes. If you have a concern about the Website or these Terms, please contact us first at sourcing@remexliquidation.com so that we can try to resolve it with you directly.
- Severability. If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining parts continue to apply.
- No waiver. If we do not enforce a provision of these Terms, that does not mean we have waived it.
- Assignment. You may not transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our written consent. We may transfer ours to a REMEX group company or to a successor of our business.
- Language. These Terms are written in English. If a translation is provided for convenience, the English version applies in case of any difference.
- Headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation.
